I AM taking a paycut to work at my dream job. $7 an hour, but seeing the smiles on those kids' faces at Daycare? Priceless. (Ha! I sound like a Visa commercial.)

I'd do it. When I wanted to be a teacher everyone was always like "Teachers don't get paid good, bla bla bla" but I'd rather enjoy my job more than anything else.

Yes I took a pay cut for my current role and because I am doing such a great job I will get a pay raise at the end of November that will put me on more money than my previous job...the reason I am doing so well is because it IS my dream job and it is a pleasure to get up in the morning to come to work. The morale of the story is....Money is not everything but Happiness is.

yes and i am..not much of one....50 cents an hour, but i guess the benefits are much better so maybe it all balances out...
